So here is two excellent books on wine making, the first is “first steps in wine making” by C.J.J Berry, a book that was sold in over 2 million copies, and the second one is “making wild wines and meads” by Pattie Vargas and Rich Gulling, which includes 125 home wine recipes using herbs, fruits, flowers etc.
